I have been with Neotel for almost 2 1/2 years, and I must say, I have never been very happy with the phone and the internet signal that I got, but it was at the time more convenient and cheaper than installing a Telkom line at my house.
Anyway, in Oct 2012, I was so sick of the slow internet that I got from the Neotel phone, I went to Neotel and got an internet "toggle" - supposedly MUCH faster internet than using the Neotel phone. For about a week, it was working great and my internet was indeed faster. However, for the past few months, it has slowed down and it loses the internet signal AT LEAST 15 times a day, so I have to keep switching off my computer, reconnecting to the Neotel signal and then it works for an hour or two again. This is such a bad product and I am so sick of struggling with internet that I am ready to actually have the Telkom line installed at the house and tell Neotel to or get off the pot. I was so hoping they could be a real competitor against Telkom, but it seems not...
