I recently replaced my Telkom line with a Neotel line in the hope that their customer service would be vastly superior. After charging my Neotel phone this morning, I had no service at all and was clearly unable to make calls. I then attempted to contact their call centre but after holding for 21 minutes, I lost patience and hung up. Ridiculous service, actually this is inactivate since it implies that a service has been rendered.
