Early this year I applied to have a Wimax service installed along with a Neotel phone to replace the ADSL Telkom line. On the attempted installation of the Wimax service it was determined that I did not enjoy coverage in my area.( how could they not know that and how come they don't know how to cancel the installation internally??) Neotel then tried to deliver the phone but I refused as I would not want a partial solution. Even though I have spoken to them almost every month since May this year and had to explain the problem each time again, I have not yet received my refund. I was told today that will need another 20 days to process the refund. That is the same story I got last month.
It seems obvious to me that Neotel is incapabale and unwilling to take my problem seriously and as such I warn consumers against using them as they are not professional enough to deal with a client complaint timeously.
