Neotel Wimax line that hasn't never worked

We ordered a neotel wimax line and it was installed on the 13th on June. To date it's still not working. I called Neotel technical customer service over 11 times, twice I held on for 15 to 20 minutes just to be told that my account it's still in new (do't even know what that means. Every time I call i have been told a call has been logged with Wimax and someone will call me, not once has someone called me apart from when they were calling to find out when they will get the signed forms from us. Since, no one is willing to help, the latested reference I have is SREQ87809655. We were sold the idea that is was plug and play, 11 days later it was plugged and still not playing. Such poor services, I have even given up on calling them, now i'm just trying to get a Telkom line, at least they eventually get back to you. One factory hasn't been to operate at the new facilities for close to two weeks, money wasted on 3G bundles.
