I have a Neotel phone and WiFi router. Firstly every Monday i have to reset my router before it works. Secondly i think its pathetic that Neotel call center cannot phone customers back.
My land line doesn't want to make or receive any calls so i had to phone the call center from my cell phone, i asked if they can call me back because my cellphone was running out of airtime, they told me they not allowed to make outgoing calls. How am i supposed to sort out the problem if they don't phone me back and my Neotel line cant even phone them???
