In Aug 2012 I started a new business with branches in Boksburg North and Kempton Park, The bill would be on my personal acc as the business was not older than 2 years. No Telkom lines were available in the area & I tried Neotel. Kempton's phone worked, but in Boksburg we had connectivity problems. I complained and was told to purchase an aerial in Midrand. Our Telkom line was installed & I kept the Neotel as both numbers were no on my letterhead. During April 2013 an agent from Neotel visited & offered to migrate the phones over to business lines. The deal was done (it took 3 months) & in August two guys came to install all the new phone, aerials, etc. I was to retain the same numbers and would be debited from the business account. Since that day both my personal and Business account were both debited up to nearly R10000-00. I cannot get this problem solve by Neotel and they are continueing to debit both my account every month
