Good day. I called the the call centre yesterday to enquire at to why I had an account of R18 oustanding ion a R63 top up contract. the agent was unable to assist as she could not validate the entries on my statement - however her reason is that I being a R9 postage fee for statements and that it will be stopped from next month. I have never before being charged for a postage fee and would like to query why for the last 2 months do I have a postage fee added to me account. I will not be paying this fee over as I was unaware of this fee and will only continue to pay my subscription of R63. Please can someone call me to let me know when this R18 fee has been adjusted to be taken off my account asap, otherwsie I will be shortpaying my next months bill. Thanks Shaleena
