On 12 August 2013 I've received an sms that reads as follow: "To help ensure that all customers have fair and equal use of the BlackBerry service and to prevent improper or excessive usage, Cell C is updating its BlackBerry fair usage policy. With effect form 19th August, you will receive 2 GB DATA for BlackBerry usage every month. If the 2GB DATA is used, any FREE data on your account will then be depleted. Thereafter you will be charged 15c per MB." I've signed a two year contract with Cell C for unlimited internet usage. If they can break contract from their side, I can do the same. I can demand for a new phone and definitely end my contract from this date and switch to another network.
