I have recently upgrade my CellC contract and received a Blackberry Z10 cellphone. Every month you get 2 Gig fair usage data, previously when I had the Blackberry Torch all my internet data went off my fair usage data. Since I have received my new phone I am paying for my internet services and the software for the phone had to be upgraded as well. I phoned 140 and was told that I need to activate Blackberry Z10 BIS before it can go of my fair usage. I was also told that it will start working as soon as my new contract kicks in, so for the next month as well, I am going to pay for all my Data. What is the use of getting fair usage and you can't even use it and now I have to pay again, this is a money making racket. I demand that CellC take all my internet data that I am supposed to pay for and deduct it from my fair usage data. Why, if I was using it before, now all off a sudden I must pay for it. I am getting fed up with the service from CellC and every time you phone them it is a different story.
