How shocking - every single person got a Blackberry because the main feature was unlimited internet usage. NOW out of the blue, we will be receiving 1 measly gig of data per month which is beyond pathetic.
I can buy more than 1 GIG from any other cell phone provider for R59 per month which is the cost of the BIS services. I fully understand that people can abuse this, but come on, was this not to be expected. Do you expect someone to eat 1 slice of Pizza at an all you can eat Pizza night... i don't think so.
I'm changing the terms of my contract too CELL C - i will no longer pay you because you are abusing my right to unlimited internet usage... does that sound fair.
Something has to be done about this, or I assure you that you will be losing many customers to companies who will not take this privilege away. I will be one of the first!!!
I kindly request that this matter be looked into, re-assessed and a new solution put in place.
