I had my coffee and breakfast ready for the long expected wait.
But then the unexpected happened. I phoned and someone answered! What a joy!
ABSA, SARS and all those other entities are useless - you stay on for >30 minutes and your call gets dropped, or they say they will phone you back but never do - not with Afrihost.
I am not yet a customer, so I cannot speak for their ISP services, but if it's anything like their call-centre, it is good.
