4 January 2013, Vodacom phoned saying that I have won a phone for being a good client, I've asked if there will be any fees payable which they said NO. 17 January 2013 they delivered the phone, no id was asked for and on the invoice shows a total of R0.00. 21 January 2013 I phone to hear if there's any monthly amount payable which they confirm that this "price" is a contract. I immediately cancelled the contract with Craig. 23 April 2013 phoned Vodacom again to cancel contract (keeping in mind that the debit order is going of my account) spoke to Pumza (refno: ecfzgiz-32wtck) will arrange for phone to be collected. 10 May 2013 Contract still not being cancelled, Bheai said the contract will be cancelled and yet again will send someone to collect the phone (refno: s3-tpazq-q6dmq) Till date no one from Vodacom has contacted me or collected the phone.
