My account was disconnected after the account pa

I received an SMS that my account has been interrupted n was disconnected, I call the call center n find a lady n she asked me what is the reason for calling n explained to her n she told me my last payment was un February. 2013 and I said but last month the account was settled n she told she can only see that n I asked to speak to a supervisor. Or manager on duty, I was told she said he is in the meeting and she can put me on hold until the meeting, I hold for more that 20 minute until call het cut off do i thought some one Will call me back nothing, so i called in again, n i spoke to Thabo, who told me the same thing n i asked for supervisor this was around 16:00 and sizwe was called n he asked me to email my statement, which i did and he said he got and he see that money was deducted n he Will send it to support center, he said this Will take 2 hours to 24 hours n when called around 18;15pm, Sizwe was busy n lady by name of Lihle promise that Sizwe Will call me back he still busy, i m stiil waiting even now, my account is block after sizwe received the proof if payment! How long should I wait to get my line open, this is my sweat n blood. Money, I need the top manager to call me not sizwe
