I would like to apologize first of all for only responding now, the past two weeks have been hectic. I would like to thank Mr. Chatz and his personnel at head office sincerely for all their help in sorting out my problem, I didn't know where to turn to any more. Mr. Chatz offered to replace my faulty handset with a new one. They even did the effort of delivering it to my office, the very next day. They have been very kind and helpful. Thanks for the efficient results. I am very pleased with it all.
