Billed for a cancelled contract

My Wife applied for a cellphone contract which latter cancelled within the 7 days cooling period. Vodacom told us that they will come collect the cell phone its bee six weeks to date the phone was never collected. We phoned vodacom to follow up on the collection we were told the couriers are booked the phone will be collected in 5 working days till to date the phone has not been collected. To our surprise our bank account was debited for the contract amount of R 349.00 on the 01.10.13 I called Vodacom spoke to Musa she told me she will refer me to her supervisor as she cant discuss my wife's account with a stranger. I was kept holding for 15 minutes then she told me the supervisor is busy
