3 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE

I took out a cellphone contract over the phone from Vodacom. On the 29th of October 2013 my Samsung S4 was delivered, but it was the wrong color. I phoned them and informed them of the problem and they said they will collect the wrong phone and deliver the right one within the next 7-10 days. I waited and nothing happened. I phoned so many times I think I spoke to everyone in that office with no one being able to tell me what is going on. I proceeded to cancel the contract. They again said the phone will be collected with in the next 7-10 working days only then will the contract be formally cancelled. I went to twitter and got a response receiving another SMS saying it will be collected. It is now the 21st of January 2014. I can not take out another contract because they have not collected the phone. Nobody is answering my questions and I still don't have a phone. This is far beyond the color of the phone. I needed a new phone months ago. I am beyond furious. I lost my sense of humor months ago and I have never in my whole life gotten this bad service from anyone service provider. I work for the SABC and will be doing a story on this.
