I took out a new contract on the 7th of January 2013. Two weeks past and I started receiving smsses from people I don't know. I receive phone calls from people at night. Phoned Vodacom Secunda and asked why I have an old simcard if this is a new contract! Said I wanted to cancel contract with Vodacom as this is not what I signed up for. She said I should phone cansellation department. Did so and they said they would log a query. It is almost 15 days later and no response. Why should I be harrased by people phoning me to speak to the previous simcard owner??? This is unexceptable!!! Want this contract to be cancelled! Don't want any business with Vodacom. Don't use this phone as I am being bothered by people I don't know!
