Contract cancelled, debit order still active

A consultant contacted me for a upgrade whilst also stating that I am under no obligation to renew, (7 day cooling period), if not interested they will collect the phone on there expenses. The phone was couriered on 16 January 2013, on the 18 January 2013 I phoned Zahir and advised I am not interested renewing my contract & requested they collect. Michael Savvides (Retention Consultant) advised he will arrange for the handset to be collected. On 6 February 2013 the phone was collected. On 15 February 2013 I received a mail from Michael Savvides statong "I've already put in the cancellation, your contract will be cancelled on 14 March 2013". However, my account was debited end May 2013 with the amount of R203-00, I received a bill on 17 June 2013 for another R203-00. I phoned Keith Kelly 27 June, he confirmed my contract was cancelled on 14 March 2013, I was advised to place a stoporder, which I did, afer which he would have arranged for a refund within 7 days, phoned Keith (5 July) as no deposit was made. He confirmed per mail that he contacted their accounts department for refund. But yet another deduction on 20 July. Please assist in getting my refund paid & contract finalized
