INCORRECT BILLING

To whom it may concern

I asked for an automate billing after I had to complain about my sudden extremely high contract bill

After queries we found out a data card was opened on my account and I immediately requested an investigation because I never authorised such card, when enquiring i was told that I don't know how to use my phone

Outraged and with a hassle I found out that Mr. David Sibanda had opened the data card for another company on my account, after several failed attempts to contact me after I left messages, his manager Mr. Thamie Ndlovu stepped in to inform me that Mr. Adolphus Egwuonwu is busy looking in to the case and will shortly give me feedback

Left there Mr. Egwuonwu referred me to another person (Jurie) which I contacted a few times but he doesn't respond back to my queries

So far it's costing me more in funds and time with all the phone calls trying to find out this issue would be sorted so I can be refunded
Please react to my request, I take it as a serious matter
With respect, Vodacom is clearly not good for my health and relationship
