15/09/13 I went 4 an upgrade from business account to 1gig data account. B4 this date this account was closed due 2 an earlier query which Vodacom had kindly resolved. Upgrade was succesfull but sim was not activated, to be activated end of Sept. On 29th I went in 4 activation but activation failed with an error code"PDP AUTHENTICATION FAILURE. On further investigation turned out that when I upgraded on the 15th my sim card was used for making calls as well as data and contents totalling R39 000. This is the same sim card that was closed before the 15th and never opened. I couldn't use the card because it was closed and the above error wud pop up whenever I try 2 use it. On 7/11/13 I faxed a request 4 itemised billing after several failed attempts 2 resolve this query but to date I hav never received it. I hav not used my Oct 1g & Nov 1G data but I have been charged 4 it. How did anyone got acces to an account that was closed by Vodacom whereas I the accountholder could not use it? who made the R39 000 bill on my account? Why did Vodacm fail 2 send me my itemised bill? Why has this query not resolved since 01/10/13? Why hav they failed to call me 2 get more info 2 resolve this?
