Unacceptable Customer Service

I received an outrageously high bill from Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom Accounts department to clear this up. After investigation I found that the high account was for a data card that was with my laptop in an armed in July. I phoned Vodacom the day after armed to block the sim. The account suddenly escalated in August. I've never used more data than I receive on the contract; For Aug. I was charged far over R3000. I requested itemized billing. I was assured my account (now hopelessly in arrears) will not be blocked until this matter has been resolved. The service I received after this was disgraceful. My lines (incl. 2 cell phones a data plan) were cut without notice. Again I phoned Vodacom, just to be sent from one department to another without any joy. I was finally told: "Well, I suggest you pay your account". After spending 2 hrs on the phone desperate to resolve this, I was advised to pay R831.70 to unblock my lines. I did this. Now I am told the line will not be unblocked (I was misled). I still haven't received the itemized billing (I did everything from my side that Vodacom requested, i.e. sending my ID etc.). Disappointed in Vodacom
