Incorrect billing

I received my bill via e-mail on 09/01/2014. I requested an itemised bill on 10/01/2014, which I got. I queried the data use on my account, as I receive free data every month, and there is still data left at the end of every month. The phone is used by my daughter, who has Wi Fi at home, and at the office. all the data charged are after 12 at night, when I know she is sleeping. I received a sms with a request nr. S3-04Y26-6FXNO, AND that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Didn't happen. I called 082 111 the following week, and was told they are working on it, and that it will take 14 working days to sort out. I told the operator that by that time, my payment will be due already, and that I will not pay for that data. Yesterday I called again and was told that Vodacom has lots of queries, and I must wait..Until when must I wait for a corrected bill??? After the phone has been cut off??? My account nr is i2794658-5. I will not pay for things that was not used.. Don't Vodacom find it strange that all the so called data is after 12, when working people is sleeping???
