Data Billing Again

About a year ago i had a problem with my data billing from Vodacom whereby i had to pay R3500 - for Data that was used on my Sim card, i laid a complaint and asked them to investigate the matter but to make a long story short after the investigation i was told the data system is 100% accurate and i was responsible for that account. In the meantime i got myself a modem and sim card on a 2gig contract and now it is happening again. i put my Modem in my Laptop last night to go on the internet and there was no data so i called the customer service call centre and they told me it was loaded and that it was used from the 03/06/13 to the 05/06/13 during the morning. i informed the consultant that there is no way that it could have been used at those times because me and my wife are both at work during the day and he told me that someone will call me from Vodacom after the investigation. This morning i received a call from a consultant and he gave me the same explanation that was given to me last night. i am so furious because all the memories of the old query is coming back. I want to take that Modem to Vodacom and leave it there for a month and see if there will be data on that Modem.
