I did an upgrade in January 2013 from a Blackberry contract which was billed at R208 monthly. When the contract was upgraded (not a Blackberry contract) I am still billed R208. I was told that my new monthly fee would be R159. Since the upgrade I am still being billed R208. I've visited the store on numerous occasions to get this sorted. I spoke to all employees including the manager with no satisfaction. This is very poor service to say the least.
