I am a loyal MTN contract subscriber for at least the past 6 years. I have 4 contracts with MTN with an average monthly spend of R700 to R900.
Acc #: A3806253 - 072883 - monthly subscription should be R159 (incl. VAT) as per contract, but being billed R196.99.
Acc #: A3806253 - 071913 - monthly subscription should be R79 (incl. VAT) as per contract, but being billed R116.99.
Acc #: A1704931 - 082300 - monthly subscription should be R159 (incl. VAT) as per contract, but being billed R196.99.
I have raised this issue with the Kenilworth Store on numerous occasions since receiving first incorrect bills in March/April 2013 and have wasted ALOT of time (not to mention travel costs) going in to the store on a regular basis to resolve the issue. Unfortunately I have no joy.
The problem I am told by the store staff is that "USD" cases are raised by them and subsequently being closed without resolution.
I would hope that I could have this resolved ASAP so as to not loose all hope in my selected cellular communications service provider.
I await your speedy response and prompt action with resolving this long outstanding matter.
