When I upgraded in April 2013, the consultant that helped me at Ermelo Cell C contacted customer services to make sure how I would be billed after the upgrade. I talked to the consultant who told me that I won't be billed at the end of May, but end of June I will be double billed. End of May Cell C billed me R 782.15 and now the end of June I was billed R 1730.06. The day of my upgrade I told the consultant that I would be more than willing to wait to upgrade but she ensured me that I won't be billed end of May. I can't believe that every time I upgrade with Cell C, there is a problem.
