I upgraded my Mtn contract on the 28th April this year. I took the Samsung Galaxy S4 and went from a top up 100 to top up 200. My previous contract was with a Blackberry device and included the BIS. I have two mtn contracts and both of them recently upgraded. However when I did my last upgrade U noticed that on my statement I'm still being billed for the BIS service as my bill shows 906? My top up contrscts are 399 and 449 which gives you 848 not 906. Please explain why im being billed for something that was supposed to be removed from my account.
