Cant believe that it is expected of customers to request the cancellation of a service when you upgrade? I upgraded from blackberry to iPhone and yet still get billed for BIS? After contacting the call centre, I get told that if I never asked for the cancellation of BIS, then I get billed for it. WHY would i need a blackberry service on an iPhone? Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Surely if you upgrade from a contract to a different contract, all items on the previous contract become void?
I request that this is looked into and I am refunded!
