Nightmare service after upgrade

Last Decemeber i upgraded my phone and switch to a vodacom top contract, the price given to me for this contract was inclusive of BIS (Blackberry internet service). After a month i picked up my billing only to find that i was put on a month to month contract even though my upgrade application was handed in.

I thereafter went to the store and asked if this could be recified and i was assured that all was sorted out till i was billed again and charged the same or even more. Whats disturbing is that i keep calling and no one returns my calls, even when i asked to speak to the owner of the store i get no reply.

Its now becoming frustrating cause first im being overcharged and secondly i keep finding errors made by the store which i have to pay.

I have come to a point where i would like to cancel my contract and take it somewhere else cause im being billed for the store error and when i asked for a refund i get no joy out of them.
