Upgrade and New contract - TOTAL MESS!

In October I upgraded number 0823855552 to S3 Mini monthly capped on package R199 per month. I was billed R410.19 in November. I also took out a new contract 0795075988 for S4 capped on package R519.00 per month. I was billed R129.09 R R399.00 for November on the same invoice. I was furious and went back to Vodacom Westgate. Cindy informed me that the Agent who assisted me was fired. I asked her to pull my contracts and this was totally different than stated above, and the contract was not signed by me. I have been back to Westgate on numerous occasions and Cindy keeps promising to fix this and get my account refunded. This month I received another statement for December. Number 08238555552 was billed R208.50 and number 0795075988 R 890.00??? this was supposed to be capped. This incompetance is as result of people not doing thier jobs. I have left several messages for Cindy, I have even given her my personal email address. She promises to get this amended however nothing gets done. I have been very loyal to Vodacom for several years, and feel betrayed and frustrated beyond belief. I am going to escalate the Ombudsman by tomorrow 13 Dec if I receive no feedback
