On 2nd Jan I did a SIM Swap for a new phone via Vodacom Shop. Since then I have not had reliable service from my phone. 'No Service' reported, and unable to receive calls (Number does not exist). The Call Centre number is unusable after being on hold for 45 minutes at a time. Online Chat support responds, but is unable to actually help.
