BE CAREFUL OF 8 TA AND SELL DIRECT UNGRADES

Sell Direct contacted me on 18 March13, a lady stated that she was from 8 ta & was ph in regards to an upgrade on my existing contract. She mentioned the options & I told her I wanted the option 2, which she mentioned was a Blackberry 9320.I asked her what would be the monthly cost on this new contract, she mentioned that the monthly cost was going to be R208.00, inclusive of the BIS. I told that was perfect & I agreed on accepting the new contract, knowing that I was only going to pay an amount of R208.00 a month for my normal subscription fee, & usage would be extra to that amount. I received my new bill for the month of Mar, which I received on the 9 April 13, informing me of my new bill I was going to be paying at the end of April 13 (for March instal). To my surprise my bill which usually comes to R199.a month, showed an amount of R 419.57.When I contacted the 8ta, they advised that I had been charged for 2 contracts(?)&there where additional fees for add on device which was R118.00. When I told them, I was not aware of additional fees, costs as I would of cancelled the new contract within the 5 day cooling period, 8ta said I should speak to Sell Direct, they cant helpme
