I recently upgraded from Blackberry to Samsung in August.
I specifically asked for my Blackberry service to be cancelled since I wouldn't need it anymore.
I'm still being billed for the Blackberry service.
I went to the store where I upgraded and I was told they can't find the documents where I signed to say I want the service stopped. I
n fact they can't find any of my upgrade documents.
They said they would request it from Metrofile, without even asking what my cell number is, so I really doubt they are in the process of doing that.
I want MTN to refund my billing for the Blackberry service since August.
