I've tried to have the credit limit extended on my phone and have waiting over 24hours for a consultant to contact me back to activate this. I eventually called the call centre the next day and was transferred to 18 different consultants all claiming they can't assist me. The phone was cut off twice and I spent over half an hour on the phone trying to get this sorted out before I eventually hung up. This is the most appauling customer service I've ever experience. My query remains unresolved. Vodacom has apparently not even logged my problem yet and I'm still stuck without a phone thats working. Once this contract is up I have every intention of never using vodacom ever again.
