I WAS ROBBED OF MY PHONE, I BOUGHT A NEW HANDSET AND DID A SIM SWAP (FIRST WEEK OF FEB)
I TOOK MY PHONE TO VODACOM SANDTON CITY WHERE BY I WAS ASSURED EVERYTHING WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL, MY BIS HAS SINCE NEVER BEEN WORKING. NOBODY AT VODACOM TECHNICAL WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME. I SPENT 5 HOURS OF LAST WEEKEND AT VODACOM THE GLEN, LEFT MY PHONE WITH THEM. I FETCHED MY PHONE YESTERDAY, VODACOM THE GLEN ASSURED ME THAT ONCE I DO A SIM SWAP EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE - I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES THIS MORNING ONLY TO BE CUT OFF. TO ADD TO POOR SERVICE BEING OFFERED I NOW RECEIVE MY VODACOM BILL, WHICH HAS DOUBLED, HOW CAN THIS BE IF I DID NOT HAVE A PHONE FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH.
