I've had a serious problem with mtn since day 1. I took out several contracts over 2 years ago, to be paid via debit order. After a year they decided to just change that, and make me pay cash instead. This was without my concent. I was told to pay 1426 at any ansa branch. I did as I was told. A few days after making the payment my lines were cut off. I called 808 and was told by accounts that I in fact owed them another 1587, due to the fact that they never debited my account in the first place. This is completely pathetic. I've also had my lines cut a month early, due to outstanding amounts from february 2013 and march 2013. I make countless calls to mtn to tey and sort out my connection issues and internet issues (for 20 months I never once received my free data for my phone) and my Internet has never been as fast as was advertised. I expect some kind of an explanation, as I feel that money is actually owed to me for the inconvenience of having contractual annoyances with mtn.
You are very quick to call.and harass me for money, but when I need something owed to me you simply ignore me..
