On hold for an more than an hou

I recieved a call from Vodacom Direct selling me a new cell phone contract with the Samsung Galaxy S3. I accepted the deal as it was a good deal. The phone was meant to be delivered within 5 working days, but I recieved the phone 2 whole weeks later. Then the phone that was in the parcel was a Samsung Galaxy Pocket. Not the S3 which I requested.
I called Vodacom to correct the order but was placed on hold for half an hour, Eventually I got so that I hung up. I prceeded to call 5 more times without ever going through to a consultant. Eventually I was determined enough to hang on until I spoke to a consultant. I was on hold for over an hour before someone was able to assist me.
Then when I finally spoke to Thembi she wanted to put me through to the person who originally sold me the package. However I was not prepared to be put on hold again. I told her that either she would help me or a manager I was not going to be put on hold for another hour.
consequently the only way that Thembi could help me was for me to cancel the contract completely. I was more than happy to do this as I have recieved nothing but apalling service from Vodacom.
