Blackberry 9810 "repaired" for a 3rd time in 4 wks

I took my Blackberry 9810 into Vodaworld midrand on 14/0112013 to be rapaired as the scrollpad wasn't working, keys kept getting stuck and the touch screen wasn't working. I had to wait for nearly an hour and a half before I was helped. They sent it away and I had to phone 2 weeks later to see if my phone was ready. nobody bothered contacting me. I spent another 2 hours collecting the phone on the 28/01/2013. The lady at the counter said that they had swopped the phone.By the evening I realized the problem still had not been fixed. I took it back to Vodaworld on the 29/01/2013. Spend an hour and a half there again, only for them to tell me that it will take another 14 days, no apologies. I asked to be given a new phone. AGAIN I had to phone after 10 days, only to find out the phone was already there and nobody contacted me for collection. I went to collect it this afternoon, and the phone HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. IT WAS NOT FIXED!!! I spent another 2 hours there!!! the service centre promised that a manager will contact me within the hour, and I am still waiting. THE COST I incurred in waiting etc, cannot be measured!!! no apologies, no concern shown by vodacom!!!
