Undelivered Sim Card

I took up a contract with Vodacom last year in October and within the same week of taking up the contract, a delivery guy came to deliver a sim card in a box which i signed for and didnt open at the time as i did not need to use it at that time. Eventually when i opened the box, there was no sim card inside the box, only a pen and 3 brochures. i have been trying to sort out this mess with Vodacom call center and i am fed-up. I have received the worst service from them. i have never used the sim card and they continue to debit my account every month for a service they are not providing to me. They have done an investigation and concluded that the sim card is being used on different handsets and i have been waiting for feedback till today. this has been going on for over 2 months now and i want absolutely nothing to with Vodacom. I spoke to different agents who were all useless excluding Noluthando Gumbi, as she was the only person willing to assist even though my query remains unresolved. i spoke to a guy called Theron Naidoo who promised me that they can cancel my contract and pay me back my money, he never called again. I will be cancelling my accounts with Vodacom.
