I logged a query with Vodacom on the 20th February regarding a R7, 899 data bill that was incucred while I was travelling on business (roaming) between the 12th and 17th February. After numerous phone calls and emails with Cassandra, my matter remains unresolved. I am told the query number is S3-SH62I-IXQTO.
I have been a Vodacom client since 2007 using this line with an average bill of between R1, 100 & R1, 300 during this time. I found Vodacom's handling of this query both unhelpful and downright unprofessional. All I want to know is what decision Vodacom has made regarding this matter so that I can make decisions of my own.
