What the is wrong with Vodacom

Can a Vodacom representative please tell us what the is wrong with Vodacom, their service and the network? Yesterday at Vodaworld - I was (supposedly) assisted but the consultant wasn't efficient enough and while busy with my query also chatting to colleagues and then telling me the system is offline? Then also telling me the deduction will be investigated and only refunded later but they had no problem taking money!!! I stood up and just walked away. Luckily the Technician at BlackBerry was VERY helpful - Thank You.
Today my phone was soft locked due to me reaching my call limit, I have phone at 06:00 to increase the temporary limit..normally I never had issues. I had phoned numerous times, the call centre consultants are so blas? about everything, as if you (the customer) is doing them a favour, I was without a phone the whole day and I run my business from it. Eventually I tried again and spoke to THUSO MOKHETHI (Data Department), what a surprise, he really went out of his way to assist me and gave me a few options on how we can resolve the matter and we did. We pay lots of money for a non-existing service and network. Is having a cell phone worth all this stress???
