Upgrade gone wrong

On the 27th Feb I accepted and completed an upgrade quote which i sent on the same day. I received an SMS that the phone was on backorder and I called to query this on the 2nd March. I was told that they were waiting on stock of iPhones. I told them that I never ordered an iPhone but a Nokia and I did not want that expensive contract. Ii was told that this would be sortedout on Monday. On Tuesday the 5th March they delivered an iPhone to my wife. I informed them that this was incorrect and I was told that they have to collect the phone, once collected a contract reversal must be done before I am back at square one. On the 18th Mar they eventually collected my phone and my contract is still not reveresed (its now almost a month later). This is the most frustrating thing, I call in and email daily and no one so far has been able to resolve this and it remains unresolved. At this point I want this contract reversed with imediate effect and my SIM card put to prepaid so i can port to another network, is there anyone at Vodacom who is able and capable of assisting me?
