Utterly disgusted with Vodacom

Phone was soft locked on the 31st Dec due a call limit being reached, on the 1st of Jan my phone was still soft locked. I didn't worry about this too much as I was home on my Wifi network. On the 2nd my phone was still locked. I called Vodacom, only for them 2 tell me that I had hit my limit. After 2 hours on the phone the agent told me that I had used R140 in data (my limit is only R50). They then told me that my email does not use my free data. I finally got 2 speak 2 the supervisor on duty who then told me that it's because the invoice run had not been made due the holiday season. She told me that I had 2 options until it was sorted.either remove my call limit completely or increase it. I then told them 2 log a call to look into it. When I called back on Friday the 3rd as my phone STILL was not working I was told that my calls the previous days had never been logged as a service request... so once again sat on the phone for an hour trying to sort it out. I then spoke to the supervisor AGAIN complaining and logged a another call. its now the 13th Jan and i am Still waiting for them to call back. I have been a loyal client of Vodacom for 15 years, however after this I will NEVER again.
