PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY VODACOM

The service provided by Vodacom for over a month now has been quite astounding. I have had to take in my Blackberry approximately 4 times to the Vodacomworld in Midrand and have to date not received satisfactory service. Apparently my phone was deemed unrepairable. During my trips there I have been provided with a different handset on each occasion. However I continue to experience the same issue time and again. The attitude of the staff is also something that has been quite a shock to me. It is really disappointing to have encountered the following from such a large organization:
- Poor response time throughout the process
- Lack of proper communication
- Attitude of staff and management
- Escalated calls not being responded to
- Damage to sim card
- Original memory card left in phone not returned
- Poor customer service

It is with great disgust that I had to experience such poor service and continue to do so as my problem has still not been resolved. Vodacom needs to really up their game in the market should they wish to retain their loyal customers who are now considering changing service providers!
