I TOOK MY BLACKBERRY PHONE TO VODACOMWORLD ON 11/10/2013. VODACOMWORLD ONLY SEND THE HANDSET TO THE REPAIR CENTRE ON 16/10/2013. WE'VE BEEN PHONING EVERY DAY TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF FIXING IT. ON 22/10/2013 THEY SEND ME A REPORT THAT MY PHONE IS NOT REPAIRABLE. I'VE ALREADY SEND THE REPORT TO CELLSURE TO CLAIM A NEW PHONE. MY CLAIM WAS ACCEPTED AND I WENT TO VODACOM KOLONNADE ON 24/10/2013 FOR A NEW PHONE BUT I CAN'T GET THE NEW PHONE IF I HAVEN'T GOT THE OLD HANDSET. SINCE 22/10/2013 I'VE BEEN PHONING THEM DAILY TO SEND THE HANDSET BACK TO VODACOMWORLD SOTHAT I CAN COLLECT IT AND TAKE IT TO VODACOM KOLONNADE. EVERY DAY THEY JUST TELL ME THAT THEY WILL "LOG A PRIORITY E-MAIL" TO SEND IT TO VODACOMWORLD BUT NO LUCK SO FAR.
