Vodacom give wrong info to me

I upgraded to a Blackberry Z10 and after a month of trouble I found out that the device does not work on 4G LTE after Vodacom and Blackberry confirmed that it does. Vodacom has mislead me into thinking I am buying a device with features that doesn't work. The staff at the repair centre@Vodacomworld is in experianced and gives me mixed information. I upgraded to a device that works on 4G and Vodacom needs to supply me with one that does. I have spended a whole month trying to sort this and was left with time of work and driving up and down from Benoni to Midrand. I WANT A 4G DEVICE A.S.A.P. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS POOR SERVICE AND WORKING WITH INEXPERIANCED CONSULTANTS.!!! PLEASE CALL ME BACK VODACOM!!! becuase hellopeter only allow for 600 characters and there is more to say. I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMED!!!
