Not working washin machine

I bought a washing machine from cash crusaders Hillcrest Boulevard on the 28th of October 2023. within 7 days of purchase i reported that the machine is not spinning and leave clothes with white marks. and they promised to send the technician to come a fix the problem. technician came a month later 30 days after i reported the problem. and failed to fix the machine. i reported a day after that the technician did not fix the machine... cash crusaders manager promised to come fetch the machine and fix it at the store till today... they did not come and machine is still under warranty. i bought a not working washing machine at cash crusaders hillcrest boulevard
