After my complaint on HelloPeter.com on 27/04/2013 regarding the pathetic customer service I have received from Vodacom in the Mall of the North, I have spoken to Risheen Matsimella who handled my complaint. She was extremely professional, helpful and empathetic, and she really went the EXTRA MILE. After the disappointing and "off-putting" service I have received from Vodacom, her great service and attitude changed my own attitude towards Vodacom's poor customer service.
I really appreciate the handful of competent staff members and consultants at Vodacom! Thanks Risheen!!!
