My Blackberry 9900, which I pay a lot of money for every month is having some technical issues. I took it in for repairs at the branch where I got it. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. After booking in my device I asked for a "loan phone" and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and had a very "don't care attitude". I left it there and left. They never contacted me to notify me that my phone had been repaired. I enquired about the phone two weeks later to which the rude staff went to fetch my phone. The lady handed me my phone and said it had been repaired. I did not receive or see any repair documentation. Guess what? my phone still has the same problem. I don't even know if it was sent in for repairs or not.
As a loyal VODACOM customer I am quite disgusted with the poor service I have received!!!!!!
