On may 2019 i burchased phone at markhams store nokia2.1 with imei no 356938097789920i insurence under techsured with ref ob1090346 insurer guardriskinsurancecompanyamount of phone was 2899.00,on march these year i lost it i provet with all documents affirdavit from police i.tc no 33946335sense then i go up nd down tell me to send what happen my surprice i already send affirdavit on july i receive call from0318180000 told me cause the phone wher dual i should profit with another ime no thy change on 3weekstime what i surprice i report phone on 1 april2023tht skill thy play i not gonna learsn cause i dont have tht 2imei as i told tht lady now thy give hard time to pay my phone no and thy where deducting money of insurance everymonth y u plse help to deal with them
